Yes, pub pizza is individual size. That's the only kind of pizza they've ever made.

No. You can order and pick up or order frozen to get shipped out of state.

I'm not sure. I find it best not to involve myself in the financial aspects of pizza. I wrote it to let those who do dine there know that they need to bring cash to pay. I'm only a Google Guide and not a representative for the IRS. I do know though that both the IRS and pizza are topped with cheese.
